Terms of Service

Last updated: draft — not yet reviewed by counsel.

1. Using NEXORA

You must be able to form a binding agreement to create an account. You’re responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including meetings you host and participants you admit.

2. Acceptable use

Don’t use NEXORA to harass others, distribute illegal content, attempt to circumvent meeting security controls, or disrupt the service for other users. Meeting hosts are responsible for the conduct of their meetings.

3. Plans and billing

The Free plan is provided at no cost, subject to the limits described on the Pricing page. Paid plans, where available, are billed in advance for the period you select and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Fair use

"Unlimited" plans mean unlimited meetings and meeting duration, not unlimited storage, bandwidth, or AI processing. We may apply reasonable fair-use limits to prevent abuse of shared infrastructure.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We’ll do our best to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

6. Termination

You may stop using NEXORA and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.

This is a draft describing the product as designed. It has not been reviewed by legal counsel and should be before NEXORA is used in production.
